Anti-Discrimination Policy
Our Commitment
EventLingo is committed to being an inclusive platform where all people are welcomed regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, age, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
For Event Hosts
You may not use EventLingo to:
- Deny access to any event based on protected characteristics
- Use our promotional or targeting tools to exclude any demographic group
- Create event listings that contain discriminatory language or conditions
- Price tickets differently based on protected characteristics
You MAY use our demographic targeting tools to RECOMMEND your event to audiences who might be interested (e.g., a Latin music festival targeting Latin music fans). The key distinction: inclusion is permitted, exclusion is not.
For All Users
Discriminatory conduct toward other users — including in messages, comments, and reviews — violates these guidelines and may result in immediate account termination.
For Influencers and Promoters
You may not accept or decline promotional opportunities based on discriminatory criteria. You may not promote events that contain discriminatory policies.
Reporting Discrimination
Report discrimination at legal@eventlingo.com. We investigate all reports and will take appropriate action, including removing content, suspending accounts, and referring matters to relevant regulatory agencies.
Zero Tolerance
EventLingo has a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination. Hosts found to be operating discriminatory events will be permanently banned and reported to applicable civil rights authorities.
