Financial Incentives Disclosure
EventLingo offers the following programs that may be considered financial incentives under CCPA/CPRA:
- Revenue Share Program: Event hosts may receive a share of platform fee revenue (20% of the 12% platform fee) based on event performance. This program requires providing additional personal information including bank account details (processed by Stripe), tax identification information, and event performance data. The value of this incentive is reasonably related to the value of the data provided, as measured by the revenue generated through the platform.
- Survey Credit Program: Attendees who complete post-event surveys receive a $1.00 credit toward future ticket purchases. This credit expires 72 hours after the event ends. The survey collects event feedback data. The value of this incentive is the face value of the credit ($1.00).
- InfluencerGo Commissions: Influencers earn commission on ticket sales driven through their tracking links. This program requires providing additional personal information including bank account details and tax identification. The value of commissions is directly tied to sales generated.
You may opt into these programs through the applicable features in the app. You may opt out at any time by discontinuing participation. Opting out will not affect your ability to use the core EventLingo platform.
